We know tech is not neutral and we know Big Tech needs to do more to protect our democracy and stop harming our communities.

We are working to ensure the internet is a place where everyone and especially people of color can thrive. We do this by creating opportunities and pathways for organizers and technologists of color to lead. We work on changing policy and holding corporations accountable.

We honor the work of those who have come before us, those who have paved the way, those who have broken down walls and fought courageously in the face of hate and violence, and those who are our contemporaries in the fight for racial and gender justice.
